Mr. Pete Miller of The Miller Firm has been involved in numerous pharmaceutical trials and managed the settlement and accounting of over 5,000 Fen-Phen clients.  Pete spent 10 years as a Navy fighter pilot prior to studying law under the Virginia Law Reader program.  Pete became a member of the Virginia Bar in 2002, and is an active member of the VTLA and the AAJ.  He has been appointed to the Plaintiff Steering Committees in WV and CA.  Pete also has the title of Special Deputy Attorney General to the State of Montana for his work regarding Zyprexa and Medicaid reimbursement.
