2010 Fall Quarter

This is a GREAT time to visit or become a member of our Central VA Chapter of AALNC!  Our Chapter is reputed to have the FINEST Legal Nurses in the state of Virginia because we are the MOVERS AND SHAKERS of our community!  Our membership consists of a mix of seasoned legal nurse consultants who have been in business a long time along with new consultants seeking to start their career.  Whether you are new in business or been around awhile, we strive to offer the highest quality of experience and education to our membership. 

Are you an attorney seeking to connect with experts and Legal Nurses?  This is a great place to visit and we welcome you to attend our meetings the second Monday of each month!  We have topics relevant to your cases.  Just check out the Educational calendar this year: We have a Wound Care specialist, a Neonatal specialist and an Emergency Medical nurse scheduled to speak this year. Not only that, many of our members remain clinically active in a variety of healthcare settings.  Our network of nurses are part of our Chapter because they are COMMITTED to their education and to better serve their attorney clients.  Stay tuned for details on how to get Continuing Legal Education credit to attend our featured topic in September!

Our Chapter is gaining momentum as we implement suggestions from our membership.  We are focusing on attorney outreach, implementing our second Regional Roundtable and offering Continuing Legal Education for one session this year.  Additionally, we are partnering with other committed members of the business community through our support of the Richmond Women's Business Consortium (RWBC) and Smart Connect.  Our website is in “overhaul” mode to add features that will better meet the needs of the membership over the long-term. We ask for your patience as we make these changes.
